Ninja Town is an area accessible from Hot Air Balloon World.

Features

The Ninja Town is a looping area resembling a suburban zone, filled with small, brown Ninja NPCs, hence its name. You can also find various houses that you can enter; all of them but one take you to a completely empty room, with a remaining house located in the center of the map which leads to The Neighborhood sub-area. Somewhere within the area is a flight of stairs, which leads to a small underground area. Heading all the way to the left while inside, you will be stopped by a red blockade that hints at a future connection.

Near the top of the main area, there is a hidden passage made up of two stoplights, this passage leads to the Ninja Circle, a sub-area containing a bunch of the brown Ninja NPCs surrounding a tombstone as if worshipping something.

There is also a unique stoplight with white lights. This stoplight will tint the screen white upon interaction, and will significantly change the Ninja Circle sub-area, with all the Ninjas now turned into blood puddles and a tent replacing the tombstone.

The Neighborhood

This area consists of a somewhat unnerving looping hall with more houses in the distance. By using the Penguin effect through the second pair of stoplights, the player can bypass the looping point. Continuing right after doing so, you will arrive at the foot of a long ladder leading to Green Pattern World.

Trivia

  • Before the bug's eventual removal, moving down through the lower of either pair of looping streetlights in The Neighborhood would allow you to leave the path, leading to a large mostly empty area with some of the ground being pink, with a pattern resembling a horned creature and a question mark. In part of the large area without the pink ground, there were a few NPCs: 3 yellow creatures with pointy heads, and two large white creatures with what might be a singular eye and a drooping top. These NPCs were blocked by invisible walls, however, making them impossible to interact with.
    • Going back onto the path from the secret area would also let you skip straight to the ladder to Green Pattern World without having to solve the puzzle.
