Pumpkin City is an area accessible through a blue and white stone in Nazca Valley.

Features

Pumpkin City is a bright area with a very apparent Halloween theme, appearing to be set in a horizontally looping cemetery in an expanse of purple grass surrounded by a cast iron fence. Throughout the world are tiled paths, street lamps, as well as numerous autumn trees and carved jack-o-lanterns, some large enough that they have been used as housing. Most of the objects in this world have white outlines.

The area is thickly populated by ghosts wearing bow ties and top hats, who will react to the Invisible effect by approaching the player with playful expressions, turning their bow ties yellow. If the player turns invisible, the ghosts will turn transparent and rapidly swarm Urotsuki. The ghostly denizens also react to the Penguin effect by turning transparent and approaching the player with relaxed expressions, sporting green bow ties. They will jump along with the Spring effect, turning their bow ties blue.

An NPC with a pumpkin head can be found walking around in the northern section. Their eyes turn black when the Chainsaw effect is equipped. They also move erratically when the Lantern and Penguin effects are used.

Only two of the residential giant jack-o-lanterns appear to be occupied as indicated by their open mouths. Using the Invisible effect while inside either of these houses will cause a ghost to appear much like the ones outside, and rapidly swarm around Urotsuki.

One house appears to be devoid of inhabitants, containing basic furnishing such as a bed and bookshelf.

Another house can be found up north, housing an NPC resembling the Headless Horseman. He does not appear to react to any effect except the Chainsaw.

Trivia

  • The Headless Horseman NPC has evidently been in the game for a long time, as it was present in the author's Debug room for months before this world's implementation.
  • Originally, a pink-haired maid NPC could be found out of bounds in one of the houses. They could also be found in the Elemental Caves' Thunder Valley out of bounds. Interacting would've taken you to the original last step of Sunken Treehouse before its removal. It is unknown if this was intended.
