The Snowy Suburbs is an area accessible from the floating cyan and blue orb located in Nazca Valley. Interacting with the orb from Nazca Valley will take you to an isolated, blocked off part of the area where you can't explore, instead equip the Lantern effect and interact with the orb while holding it, this will take you to the main area where you can explore the town.
Features
It's an almost completely empty area with only one house being able to be entered shortly south of the entrance. The whole town is scattered with frozen residents that you can use the Lantern effect on, but it won't thaw them out. Urotsuki will refuse to use the Teru Teru Bōzu effect here, however equipping it will give you Wallpaper #500.
