The Bike, Wolf, and the Lantern effects can be used in this area. Using the Bike will grant the player the usual speed boost. The Wolf effect will allow the player to howl, aswell as turning the screen red when the monster notices you. The Lantern effect can be used to brighten up the area allowing for better visibility. A yellow compass is also displayed next to Urotsuki allowing the player to see what direction they are facing. It is possible to combine the Bike and the Wolf, in which the player gets the speed boost from the Bike and the monster alert of the Wolf in place of the speed meter of the Bike.
After entering the fourth metal gate, the camera will switch to a first-person perspective with a minimap in the top left corner of the screen and a compass that shows which direction Urotsuki is facing in the top right. Pausing will show a menu with eight effect options, along with the options to wake up or use Eyeball Bomb. Bike will increase Urotsuki's speed significantly, Wolf will let Urotsuki howl and make the screen flash red when the monster has noticed her, and Lantern will increase the visibility of the area. Bike and Wolf can be combined, increasing Urotsuki's speed and replacing her bike's speedometer with a monster alert.

In the maze, the player can find a room with a large blue box and a sketch of a creature on the wall. The exit gate can be found here. In the northwest corner of the room lies a red rose. Picking it up will collect the rose and display a counter of one out of eight. Collecting this first rose will cause the monster to emerge from the entrance of the maze and begin wandering around and even chase the player if they are seen.

The Horror Maze is a labyrinth located in T-Folk World, with the maze itself accessible after sleeping in four specific beds.

Map of the area.

Features

The Horror Maze begins in a concrete hallway containing T-folk. The door to the maze is locked until you have slept in the beds in T-Folk World, Crazed Faces Maze, Blue Restaurant, and Spiders' Nest. Within is a dungeon-like maze featuring windows to the outside and large metal gates blocking you from leaving. Upon entering for the first time, you will obtain Menu Theme #49.

Until the exit area of the dungeon is reached, only three effects will be available: Bike, Wolf, and Lantern.

If the player is successful in collecting all eight roses, the gate in the blue box room will open and allow them to escape. Escaping successfully will lead you to a gray platform floating high in space. Proceeding across the platform will lead you to a room with a door to return to T-Folk World. If this is the first time the player has escaped, the use of the Bunny Ears, Invisible, Crossing, Glasses, and Chainsaw effects unlock. If the player is caught by the monster, however, they will be sent to a dining room populated by grotesque and deformed figures. If this happens, the player will be forced to either wake Urotsuki up or use Eyeball Bomb to return to the Nexus.

The newly unlocked effects can be used on a return visit providing various debug-like benefits to the player. The Bunny Ears effect can be used to change the monster's speed with pink ears being normal, red ears being slow, and black ears being fast. The Invisible effect retains its usual effect of making the player invisible to the monster. The Crossing effect can also be used as it normally would, freezing the monster in place when active. The Glasses effect will display a mini-map of the area in the top left with the pink dot being a rose, red being the monster, and green being the player. The Chainsaw effect will allow the player to kill the monster allowing them to freely collect the roses under no threat or pressure.

Trivia

 • The map's internal name is a in-joke made by the developers where they called all of the horrors within the sector names starting with H.
 • After collecting the first rose, the monster will appear in the player's menu.
 • Prior to version 0.120 patch 2, full completion of the maze was required to unlock Menu Theme #49.
