North and slightly west to the entrance is a cart where Totsutsuki can get a free red balloon. There is another free balloon stand, slightly southeast to the door. This stand gives her a blue balloon. Going west from here will lead you to a hot pink rabbit creature, leading to Kaomoji Mall upon interaction.
