Inside said lockers are small faces that make noise when the doors are opened, similar to the Closet Creatures in Yume Nikki's Guillotine World.
Entering from Lavender Park will place you in front of a locker with three branching paths nearby. Going straight west will eventually lead to a doorway that appears to be inside a wall.
