Sanguine Plains is a spirit world with a scribble-like appearance. It is primarily black and white in color, but it prominently features a vivid red background. Consisting of three maps, it is a very small spirit world.

The main area (accessed from Burning Building) is a large and mostly empty expanse located on an island surrounded by red void space. A second island to the northeast is accessible using a bridge, though it is initially blocked by a large stump. In the southeast corner of the map is an NPC standing in front of the door to an inaccessible house. Interacting with this NPC gives a full-screen view of their face. This NPC cannot be killed using the Soulfire eidolon or interacted with in any other way.

In the southwestern corner of the main area is a cave entrance that leads to a map with a long path, which provides a scenic view of many large, strange creatures against a black-and-white landscape and red sky. The caves at either end of the path both lead back to the entrance in the main area.

In the northeastern corner of the main area, to the west of the second island, is another house. This house can be entered, leading to a dark and labyrinthine (but mostly linear) interior. The front door is locked behind Minnatsuki, and a spider-like creature will begin to slowly descend on them, though this is purely cosmetic, and nothing happens when the spider finishes its descent. Reaching the end of the maze will put Minnatsuki by the broken window on the second island and remove the stump blocking the bridge. Neither the house nor the window can be re-entered until leaving and returning to Sanguine Plains.

Currently, Sanguine Plains is a dead end spirit world with no exits, meaning that leaving is only possible by using the Return ability in the menu or by using the Umbra eidolon.

Sanguine Plains is an area accessible from Burning Building.

Features
