Map of the Restored Character World.
Annotated map of the Restored Character World.

Features

This area, much like its predecessor, is a massive landscape of lined paper. Kanji characters and math equations make up the landscape. Unlike the original Character World, however, these characters serve a variety of purposes in the world. They may act as walls, play different sound effects when stepped on, and be parts of arrows and trails.

Urotsuki starts out in the relative center of the map, with a trail of kanji. Following this trail southwest, the trail will split to the south or further west. Following the trail south leads to a flight of stairs that take Urotsuki to Pale Brick Basement.

By following the trail further west or going southeast from the Blue Eyes World entrance, an opening to an enclosed area can be found, featuring a few numbers and scribbles on the page. All the way south is an eraser above drawings of a slime and blob chaser from Yumebako's other worlds. Interacting with the eraser takes Urotsuki to Blueberry Farm, if the connection has been unlocked from the other side.

Additionally, heading northwest from the entrance will lead to a break in the character wall. This break in the wall leads to an open space filled with random mathematical equations and several scribbles, with a large ink puddle found northwest past a few eye drawings. The white pen above the puddle can be interacted with to transport Urotsuki to Pen Passage.

Continuing further north, there will be another break in the wall leading to an enclosed area with a line leading into it. Following this to the end, there will be several other doodles of characters and shapes. A doodle resembling Zalgo can be found to the east among sketches of eyes, hearts, and jagged lines within the area. To the west of this section is a ruler leading to Graffiti Passage, if the connection has been unlocked from the other side.

Trivia

  • Before version 0.122f patch 2, instead of the usual construction elements, the term "工事中" was used to match the area's overall atmosphere.
