Corrupted Love World is an area accessible from the eastern door of The Second Nexus.

Features

This world is a sinister-looking environment filled with inverted red pyramids, spikes, and blocks, along with hearts that may or may not have eyes. An evil 01-kun inhabits the area, and chainsawing them will send you to isolated sections of either Opal Sea or Heart Tiles Path, or an inescapable area called the Despair's Prison, where you will face strange red chasers known as the Emanations of Malice, who when touched, will knock Urotsuki as the screen shakes, waking her up.

You can find a circularly-arranged set of hearts with a set of toys in the center, which gives you Menu Theme #43 upon interaction, and near that same circle is a pair of spikes, which leads to an isolated part of the Heart Tiles Path by going between them, where you can find a cycloptic creature that is invulnerable to the Chainsaw effect. If you equip the Stretch or Grave effects, the bouncing hearts vanish; if you use the Child effect, they become question marks, and using the Invisible effect will make them dim in appearance.

There is a section isolated by spikes and blocks here, where its interior contains a staircase and a cone-shaped house, and this section is accessible from the Blue Lavender Shoal. Assuming that you have entered this world from the aforementioned area, taking the stairs will lead to a dark corridor that leads to the Unknown Child's Room.
