The Lottery Parlor features a digital lottery. You can spend 7 Luna for a 1/10000 chance to win 77,777(?) Luna and the red car. Attempting to use the car crashes the car afterwards. Note that this is not an efficient way to earn Luna; with an expected value of ~8 Luna per lottery roll, you're only barely making your money back, with rewards spaced about 25-30 minutes apart on average due to the long lottery cut-scenes.
