Lottery Parlor is an area accessible from Digital Desert.
Features
The parlor is rather small, featuring some seats, some of which are occupied by Lottery Fiends, a car and a front desk with a large lottery wheel. The Lottery Fiends only drop 14 Luna when killed, with a lower chance then most NPCs. There is one exception; a spinning Fiend who gives you 14 Luna on interaction every time you enter the area, can be killed to always recieve 49 Luna; however, doing so causes him to disappear forever.
Interacting with the Lottery Fiend with a hat at the desk lets you spend 7 Luna for a 1/729 chance to win 77,777 Luna and the red car. Attempting to use the car causes it to break down. Note that this is not an efficient way to earn Luna; with an expected value of ~8 Luna per lottery roll, you're only barely making your money back, with rewards spaced about 25-30 minutes apart on average due to the long lottery cut-scenes.
