The Dark Promenade is an area accessible from a large puddle in The Darknezzz.

To the right, a creature can be found in the middle of the path. Killing it with the Slayer delusion will make a ladder appear, bringing you to The Hand Shop when interacted with.
This is where the Devil's Blood Delusion can be found. It can be found by going right a couple loops and then going left, which will bring you to a new area. South of the center, a large eye can be found, which will give you the Delusion on interaction. To the right of the center, a creature can be found that will say "Enjoy the Darkness, My Dear" when interacted with.
