About Dream Genie
Dream Genie (梦鬼, Mèng Guǐ, lit. Dream Ghost) is a Yume Nikki fangame developed by TanDen___ ☄ in 2012 with RPG Maker 2003, featuring a young girl named Qiu Qin, who explores her dreams and the emptiness that they provide, as a way of escape from the reality of losing everything and of working for the future.
You take her role and explore her many dreams and what they have to offer, while encountering people and creatures along the way, friendly and hostile alike. In the process, there are Delusions to collect, manifestations of her imagination within her dreams, which may help her throughout these explorations. Furthermore, Qiu Qin isn't alone in the journeys across her fantasies, you can choose to let her pet Zabu go along with her.
Being a Yume Nikki fangame, the thrill of exploring what the game has to offer and discovering its secrets as you go on is the key to enjoying it to the fullest. It is advised for players to have experienced most of the game before consulting this wiki in-depth, since the wiki contains spoilers.
