Each time the world is entered from the Ostrich Teleport Maze, there is a 1/10 chance to hear the sounds of a bell, indicating that the Quiet Path can now be accessed. When this happens, there will be an NPC in the well. If one has a coin to give, the NPC will take it and flip it. If successful, the NPC will disappear and a ladder will permanently take its place, which leads to the destination.
