Blob
Appearance: Itsuki turns into a blob.

Action: Itsuki changes between six possible colors (red, yellow, green, cyan, blue, magenta).
Location: Found in Alphanumeric World.
Practical Uses: Interacting with the black tiles in the Art Gallery will turn them the color that Itsuki is using.
Wrench
Appearance: Itsuki carries a wrench.
Passive Effect: Some NPCs will walk away from you.
Action: Itsuki swings his wrench.
Location: Found in Space World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to open crates and kill NPCs. It also enrages Hexagons.
Raincoat
Appearance: Itsuki wears a raincoat.
Passive Effect: Makes it rain, until the Raincoat effect is unequipped from the pause menu or by pressing 3 (except for Rain World). The Seabed will turn slightly darker.

Action: The TV turns on. Masks will not chase you when the TV is on.

Practical Uses: Receives signals in tests 8 and 20 in the Testing Area, which is necessary in order to complete them.
Fox
Appearance: Itsuki grows fox ears and tail.
Passive Effect: Looks adorable.
Action: Itsuki will move his ears and tail.
Location: Found in the Forest.
Practical Uses: Can be used to jump ledges up or down, instead of just down.
Candle holder
Appearance: Itsuki transforms into a candle holder.
Passive Effect: Lights up dark places. In the Seabed, the candle will be put out.

Practical Uses: Can be used to navigate the Dark World and test 11 in the Testing Area.
Clockworker
Appearance: Itsuki wears the Clockworkers clothes.

Diving suit
Appearance: Itsuki wears a diving suit.
Passive Effect: Itsuki travels at double his normal walking speed underwater.

Location: Found in the Beach.
Practical Uses: Exploring the Seabed and the Dance Flood in its flooded state, where the Scooter does not work.
Mercury
Appearance: Itsukis body will entirely consist of mercury.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: Itsuki will become a puddle and pour through cracks in certain walls, allowing him to pass through them.
Location: Found in the Testing Area.
Practical Uses: Needed in some tests from the Testing Area. It is also used in the Sewers to reach the puddle that transports you to the Shower.
Healing aura
Appearance: Itsuki has a glowing aura around him.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: Itsuki will fix certain glitched spots in his dreams, marked with a green cross inside a circle.
Location: Found in the Hospital.
Practical Uses: Opening new connections between worlds, such as the two first Subway stations, or the phone booth in the Hospital.
Wood
Appearance: Itsuki turns into a wooden doll.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: When stepping on special marks with a tree inside a brown circle, Itsuki will teleport to a nearby place by exchanging his position with a wooden doll of himself.
