Reef Maze is an area accessible from Red Streetlight World.

Features

Reef Maze is a maze made up of several small rooms filled with coral. This area's main room contains an open and locked door, the latter of which cannot be entered unless the player has a key. The rest of the building is madeup of similar rooms with harmless blob-like NPCs. Within each of these rooms are pieces of paper which the player can interact with. Some depict a small creature with one eye, while others depict the blobs. Continuing further on through the building, the player will eventually encounter an orange NPC with an eye. Interacting with the NPC causes a small cutscene to play.

Eventually, the player will come to a hallway with two doors. By entering the closed door, the player will be led to a small section that loops back to where they entered. By entering the furthermost door, the player is taken to a room with a piece of paper in the center. Interacting with the paper reveals a drawing of a 4 eyed monster with question marks and blood stains surrounding it. When the paper leaves the screen, a brightly colored NPC can be briefly seen before disappearing. The player cannot move past the point where this NPC was seen.

Exiting the room after interacting with the paper reveals that the other room now contains a similar purple eyed NPC dead in a pool of blood with bloody footprints trailing behind them. Leaving through the next door leads to a red tinted room with strange small creatures scattered around the floor. The player has a short amount of time to leave this room before the monster depicted on the paper suddenly appears and begins chasing them. This begins a small but stressful chase sequence where the player must outrun the monster while navigating around the creatures. If done successfully, the player will reach the main room and a small animation will play where Urotsuki finds a smiling face on a monitor that gives her the key needed to unlock the room at the start of the maze. Inside the locked room are 6 grey pillars with red bulbs on them.
