The Ornamental Plains are one of the main areas accessible from The Nexus.
Features
The Ornamental Plains are a looping area consisting of pinwheels of various colors and white trees that appear to be decorated with colorful orbs, as well as purple walls that are scattered around the place. What appears to be confetti is sprinkled on the ground, and in places the ground gives way to ravines that fade into the dark.
To the north of the entrance is a train track that covers the width of the world- following the train tracks east and slightly north of the tracks is an entrance reminiscent of the original Yume Nikki that leads to the Drains Theater.
Heading south-west from the Nexus entrance will lead to a set of purple walls. Going between these walls will reveal two dark statues, which, upon going through, lead to Birch Forest. This connection is currently gone and will be reinstated soon. Birch Forest can be accessed from any other entrance.
