The Serum Laboratory is an area accessible from an entrance located near the bottom-left corner of Dark Cheese Hell.
Features
The Serum Laboratory is a chemical research facility or factory populated by beaked scientists, likely inspired by plague doctors, dressed in proper safety gear. It is evidently somewhat unorganized, as many of the teal walls are tacked loosely with sheets of paper. As you explore, you'll find many scientists wandering about the facility or working in laboratory areas and tables with colored beakers and sheets of paper, or strange machines with lightbulbs. Some of these laboratory areas are locked and cannot be accessed. A vending machine may be found in one of the north halls.
The scientists react to a few effects; Plaster Cast draws them toward you, while the Grave will make their eyes turn black as they stare at you.
A large room can be found in the north hall where the Factory Manager, a lone woman in a red uniform, is seen at a table in the center, smoking a pipe. Equipping the Chainsaw or Drum effect will make her glare at the player. If she is killed, the laboratory's scientists will appear to be sent into a panic as they run around, fleeing from Urotsuki.

Trivia
- There is a quite large, inaccessible room in the northern hall that appears to be overseen by the Factory Manager and a group of scientists, guarding another locked door. This may have been intended as a chaser trap area, or perhaps for an event, much like the one in Laboratory.
- The Bat effect cannot be used here.
