1 - Assuming you mean the Bat effect, it can be found at the Tribe Settlement by crossing the river with the help of the teru teru bozu and rainbow effects, or by navigating the FC Basement.
2 - You have to look up at the moon (interact) while standing to either side for the rabbit to appear, it wont appear if you're standing in the middle, because you'll be standing where it has to spawn.
