Features
Frozen Tower is a telecommunication tower covered in snow. Minnatsuki can traverse from a tower platform to the other by climbing ladders.
Various snow sculptures of angels can be found scattered across the world.
Climbing up the tower leads to its peak where a giant satellite dish covered in snow can be seen with red flashing obstruction lights. The third snow weather spirit can be found here. Interacting with them grants Minnatsuki the final gem, resulting in a mix of the gems, and granting the Climate eidolon.
Using the sunny form of the Climate eidolon stops the snow and clears away the clouds, looking up near the satellite dish now reveals a starry sky full of stars.
