The Underground Garage is accessible from the Snowy Apartments and from the lowest floor of the staircase area in the Apartments.

Features

The Underground Garage is a series of corridors scattered with oil tanks and vending machines, some of which are operational, along with small red doors that do not lead anywhere.

From the Snowy Apartments, the area starts off with a small maze of oil tanks. A toilet can be found directly upwards of the entrance, which leads to the Scrap Metal Passage. Left of the entrance here is a staircase leading to the Vending Machine Factory, while the right is a clear path. The downward staircase seen from this path loops through this section's second staircase from the left. Within this area is a phonebooth, which takes you to Urotsuki's Dream Apartments on interaction. The staircase between the aforementioned loop, which is blocked by oil tanks, where the presence of one of these oil tanks is determined upon sleeping, leads to an infinite staircase which can randomly contain a door leading out of the stairwell, allowing the player to leave. Near these stairs is a malfunctioned vending machine which opens up when interacted with. Taking the leftmost staircase from here will lead to the basement.

The basement is a looping corridor. Going all the way downstairs from here will lead to a little corridor, which loops all the way back to the upper basement. Going upstairs from the right of the path to the lower basement will take Urotsuki to another set of corridors, with another blocked-off upward staircase from the entrance, where north of the intersection is a room with vending machines and a bench, and west is a locked door and a path with a flight of stairs leading to the Apartments.
