Lottery Parlor is an area accessible from Digital Desert.
Features
The parlor is rather small, featuring some seats, some of which are occupied by Lottery Fiends, a car and a front desk with a large lottery wheel. The Lottery Fiends only drop 14 Luna when killed, with a lower chance than most NPCs. There is one exception; a spinning Fiend, who gives you 14 Luna on interaction every time you enter the area, can be found by the car. He can also be killed to always receive 49 Luna; however, doing so causes him to disappear forever.
Interacting with the Lottery Fiend with a hat at the desk lets you spend 7 Luna for a 1/729 chance to win 77,777 Luna and the red car. With a probability of 1/729, the expected cost for a win is 5,103 Luna, netting a profit of 72,674. This is a slow way to make Luna, with rewards spaced about 25-30 minutes apart on average due to the long lottery cut-scenes.
