Outer Hospital is an area accessible from Deep Space Hole.

Map of Outer Hospital

Features

From the entrance in Deep Space Hole, Minnatsuki is led to a linear corridor with various pictures of organs before entering the interior of the hospital. The hospital has three floors and the occasional bloodstain and cracks and protrusions from the starry environment outside of it.

The hospital is populated by a variety of NPCs that react to various eidola. Most NPCs will most notably react to the Soulfire eidolon by increasing their speed and attempting to run away from Minnatsuki.

The first area visible after entering the hospital is the reception area, with an NPC behind the counter. Sitting in the chairs in the area right of the counter are two NPCs, a brown haired patient with a cat mask and a crying purple creature. Equipping the Soulfire eidolon will cause the purple creature to cry harder. The patient with the cat mask will also don their mask in response to equipping the Rodentia eidolon, the Lumen eidolon, and the Soulfire eidolon.

Going down from the reception chair area, there are two more NPCs, a half human/half oni and a walking eyeball. Equipping the Spectral eidolon and interacting with the eyeball will cause it to twirl around.

The door down from the NPCs in the rightmost corner of the first floor leads to a room with a vending machine occupied by one of the green nurse NPCs taking a smoke break.

Going upwards from the reception chair area from the right leads to a connected hallway occupied by a goblin NPC and a few doors. The first door leads to a room occupied by a green NPC called the Leaf Man. Equipping the Youth eidolon will cause the Leaf Man to change its hairstyle and make its eyes visible.

The second door in the hallway is occupied by a nurse and an odd triangular creature. The room is notably cracked in a few places by red protrusions.

The third opening in the hallway is a bunch of stairs that leads up to the second floor.

The left path from the reception area leads to an area with three doors. The first door is occupied by a nurse and the Backwards Woman, a lady with a mouth on the back of her head. Equipping the Soulfire eidolon causes her to run away from Minnatsuki at an even more rapid pace compared to the other NPCs in the hospital.

The third door with blood appearing to seep out from underneath it is occupied by the Fuse-Faced Girl. Interacting with her will show an image of her face that covers the screen. Equipping the Youth or Spectral eidola will cause her appearance to look like that of a normal girl.

The stairs at the end of this corridor leads to a linear hallway on the second floor occupied by a nurse and doctor npc. Traversing the hallway leads a bigger area. The right branch of this area leads to stairs that go back down to the right area of the first floor.

Going upwards, there is a door and a one-eyed NPC visible sitting on the chairs. The NPC reacts to different eidola. The Youth and Kalimba eidola will make it don a happy expression, the Umbra and Soulfire eidola will cause it to look at Minnatsuki suspiciously, and the Spectral eidolon will cause its head to become elongated and green.

The aforementioned door towards the right of the NPC leads to a room occupied by the Fragile Boy. Interacting with him will cause him to melt into a puddle of blood. If Minnatsuki exits the room and comes back, a nurse will be cleaning up the room with a broom. Note that this NPC eventually respawns.

The stairway visible from going further towards the left of the one-eyed NPC leads to the third floor. Traversing downwards towards the second floor further leads to a broken hallway with two doors. One door is blocked by a cabinet, and the other leads to a room being cleaned by a nurse. Going through the other doorway in this room leads to a smaller room with flowers growing in the corner. Interacting with these will transport Minnatsuki to Peaceful Decay.

The stairs to the third floor leads to a cracked hospital room. The first door is blocked by a nurse and can be accessed by burning her with the Soulfire eidolon. The door leads to a bloody operating room which further leads to a room full of blood bags. Traversing the blood bag room will lead Minnatsuki to the room containing the Dying Star, which can be burned by the Soulfire eidolon to trigger the Star Death event. This unlocks the "Death of a Dying Star" book cover and leaves the hospital in darkness, causing the nurses and doctors to panic.

The second door visible when entering the third floor is occupied by butterflies and a girl on the bed in the midst of it. Interacting with her will unlock the "Menina Borboleta" book cover.

The third door leads to the roof with a red starry sky where a lone nurse can be seen walking around.
