The Yuki-onna is an effect NPC from whom the Yuki-onna effect can be obtained.
Overview
The Yuki-onna resembles the wikipedia:Yuki-onna.yōkai of the same name from Japanese folklore: a pale woman who lives in snowy landscapes.
She can be found in the southeastern section of Snow World wandering among some trees, just west of the Pink Sea igloo. When she is interacted with for the first time, she will give the Yuki-onna effect. The effect transforms Madotsuki into a yuki-onna herself, albeit larger than the Yuki-onna NPC from which the effect is obtained.
