Smile is a recurring NPC - similar to Oreko - seen in several areas of the game.

Appearance

Unlike many other female-oriented characters in-game, Smile appears as a boy of indeterminable age, yet heavily implied to be an older, authoritative figure. He is average in height - similar to Sabitsuki - and has black, messy hair, fair skin, and red cross 'tattoos' over both eyes, which are shown to be black. He typically wears a beige sleeveless hoodie with a red undershirt, black pants, black shoes and tattered bandages wrapping both forearms.

During the Smile? Event, he adorns a gakuran school uniform and lacks his signature tattoos over both eyes.
