On the left side of the area, there is cliff-like path with a flashing arrow pointing towards the bottom. Interacting with the end of the path makes Yin Ming jump from it, before he lands at the exact same place he was before the jump. When jumping with the Hoverboard effect equipped, its action can be activated during the fall.
There is a 1/9 chance that, when jumping from that cliff, the screen will not follow Yin Ming and activates a Game Over screen, implying that Yin Ming might have died from the fall.
Spoilers:
That screen, however, is actually fake, and pressing the right arrow key reveals that Yin Ming is still here. A lightswitch will also appear behind him while walking, and interacting with it will turn the lights on will reveal he is currently in a grey corridor, with a construction cone at the very end, indicating a connection to somewhere else might be added in the future.
Hidden in the right side of the area is a secret corridor, whose existence is hinted by a discreet arrow pointing towards its direction on the path. Entering it leads to another area with a ladder, that Yin Ming can use to reach the bottom of this place.
Going left from there, a music that might be familiar to the player will slowly fade in. Entering the next screen will put the player in an equally familiar location. When exiting and reentering said place, there is a chance that one of two characters will appear on the other side.
