The Turbine Facility is an industrial area accessible from the windmill in Grayscale Gardenscape.

Features

This establishment starts off in a large room with bubbles blowing out of the vents. Heading upwards to the main area brings you to a huge room with many doors leading to more rooms. All the way to the left is a stairway that leads to a room containing only a fridge, which cannot be used unless the player has enough money. Using the fridge displays a full screen image of the items inside, as well as an arrow selecting which item you want to buy. The next room has a bunch of flowers behind a fence. The room to the right of the flower room houses a suspicious red monster standing in front of a fan. Pressing the button on the wall will cause the fan to blow air on the monster.

Back in the main area, there are two fans on the ground that Kubotsuki can use to propel himself upwards. The fan to the west will lead to a balcony with a car surrounded by flowers with a huge rock formation in the sky. The fan to the north leads to a platform with three rooms. The room on the left has many fences strewn about, as well as a glowing dot that will give the player a random amount of money upon interaction (between 100 and 500). The room on the right has a series of platforms Kubotsuki can float over, ending in a platform with a bench surrounded by flowers. The middle room has a long staircase leading down to the basement of the facility.

The basement has huge windows and enormous turbines on the ceiling, as well as a door leading outside. The outside area is a long path in the sky made of glass, with many fans scattered around. Reaching the end of this path will reveal a blue monster being hung from a kite in the sky.
