The Litter Heaven is an area accessible from a staircase located at the northwest section of the Love Lodge.
Features
The Litter Heaven is a fairly big area filled with empty cans, shovels and buckets of various colors. With the background being a blue horizon with clouds and the floor being white and without a defined form, it can be assumed that the area is located above the clouds.
Not much can be found here, except for a vending machine located northwest from the entrance and a couple of can-headed characters, which react when the Drum effect is used, causing them to spin rapidly.
To reach Angel Palace, head slightly north, then as east as possible, and interact with the pillowy cloud you come across.
