A character resembling a man with several eyes, often interpreted to be an eye doctor. He is found in several places across the Visine World and has ties to Hakoko.
Interaction
Megusuri Uri can be found in three places throughout the Visine World. The first is in the main area, where he can be seen roaming the area. Interacting with him here will net Kura Puzzle #26. The next is either in the first room of the Eyeball Shop, or in the back room where Hakoko resides. Interacting with him while he is inside the building will unlock Wallpaper #50, and seeing him in the same room with Hakoko will unlock Wallpaper #217.
He reacts to the following effects:
If Megusuri Uri is killed, he will not come back and the Eyeball Shop will be locked. If he is killed inside the shop however, it will turn the shop into a corrupted variant of itself which will also turn Hakoko and the creature in one of the drawers into monsters. Leaving the shop after this will lock it as well.
Similarly to Hakoko and Midori Tokuro, Megusuri Uri can be revived by interacting with the Gray Sweatshirt Boy in the Bleak Future. There is also a 1/10 chance to revive either Megusuri Uri or Hakoko when entering Visine World from the Art Gallery.
Appearance
Megusuri Uri appears as a tall, black figure with dark gray hair and several eyes covering his head. Four eyes reside on his face, and two on the back of his head. He also carries two brown bags, which have eyes on them as well. He walks in something of a hunched manner.
His design is also very similar to Midori Tokuro’s, as they both have similar colorations and multiple eyes, which makes sense considering they both share the same creator.

Trivia
- A mask designed after Megusuri Uri can be found hanging on the wall of the mask shop, among masks of several other NPCs.
- If he is a doctor, he may be tending to both Hakoko and the creatures of Visine World, explaining why he roams the area.
