Stereo Station is a small area accessible from the TV in Bloom 99.

The area includes a subway car with interactable seats. The TV to Bloom 99 is present on the right side of the train, and an exit to the left. Watching Channel #3 in Bloom 99 until the music stops and the hall becomes darker will let Urotsuki collect a skateboard from the conductor's seat at the front of the train.

At the end of one of the corridors is a vending machine and a small radio, interacting with the radio will play some tunes and warp Urotsuki to Alto.
