The River is a small, straightforward world consisting on two sections.
Surface
There's not too much to do on the surface: It's either going back to the Mushroom Cavern, or going underwater to the second section.
Underwater
The underwater section of the river is a precious corridor full of algae, so tall that the sunrays can barely reach the bottom. There is also a Siren-like creature somewhere in this area. Keep going forward will lead Mariana to the Water Mill.
