Wooded Lakeside is a dark, eerie forested area featuring a river and underground pipes filled with red liquid and segmented boardwalks. It bears resemblance to Yume Nikki's Witch's Island.

Entering from Red Sewers will place the player on path running alongside a river filled with bright red liquid. Shortly after the path will split with the options of going left or up.

Going up will bring you to a path with red liquid running through pipes underground and a wheel that opens into a dense forest maze. Northwest is a colorful npc in a small body of water with a barren tree that has a chance to bear a witch hat, which can be worn and . A boat can be found in the eastern area that can be boarded and exited at any of the boardwalks. Near the top is a long boardwalk that brings you to a dark forest. A broken down traincar can be found at the bottom of this area. After riding for a brief period Urotsuki will fall asleep. Upon waking up the sky will have turned to dusk and leaving will bring you to Oblique Hell. This connection is one way.

Continuing left will bring you to a large red creature. Using the chainsaw on the limb blocking the path will create a deep cut, and using it repeatedly will teleport you to a small isolated area featuring a tree stump with red liquid pouring over the top and set of Sierpinski triangles.
