The maze contains various islands with special shapes, such as a hollow triangle or a fish skeleton (which is right next to the Magenta Village arch). Amoeba NPCs found in the main areas will float above the trees and coral, and will not block your path. At some point in the maze is an islet with 4 corals on it and an empty pit, which reveals a mint tube coral when the [[Yume 2kki:Effects#Glasses|Glasses]] effect is used. In order to use this coral, you must wander the maze until a low synth tone is heard, which will toggle the tube. The tube can be toggled back off again though, so tread carefully. Using it sends you to a small island with two red signs and a construction sign between it, hinting at a future connection. Also present on the island is the only moving tube coral NPC, which will will send you back when interacted with. The island can be seen from the top edge of the map, and when the red signs are not unlocked it will have a stationary star shaped amoeba on it.
