Going behind the fence leads to a dark room with a corridor leading to another bloody grate which, when interacted with, triggers an Uboa-like event, and sends you to the Upside-Down.
Upside-Down
The Upside-Down is a small, looping area that is similar to Uboa's Trap. The background contains a picture of a city flipped upside-down and tinted red. You can leave this area by interacting with the light orb at the bottom of the map.
