Cerulean School is an area accessible from the doors of the school in Morning Suburbs.

Map of Cerulean School.

Features

Cerulean School, as the name suggests, is a school filled with the color blue, with white often acting as a counterpart. Many lockers and pots of flowers can be seen throughout. Entering from Morning Suburbs places Urotsuki in a large hall, with a couple of flowerpots near the front. Standing in the light from the windows will cast a faint glow over Urotsuki. There are exits on the east and west sides, and the northern wall is lined with lockers, as well as a wide staircase leading up to the second floor. To the right, there is a banana peel. Walking over it causes Urotsuki to slip, spinning rapidly for a moment.

Heading west from the main hall leads to a room with many sets of lockers, arranged irregularly. Further west is a vending machine, a clock indicating four o' clock, some desks with seats, and a doorway. Through the doorway is a dark locker room with floating blocks that will transport Urotsuki to the night version of Balloon Park. A slightly different locker in this room will make a locking sound upon interaction.

If you instead navigate through the mess of lockers, you will come to another doorway with a stick figure drawing on the wall next to it. Through this door is a hallway leading north; as it progresses, holes in it and the space around it can be seen, revealing a purple noise panning across behind. Continuing to the end of this hallway leads to another, this time completely black and white, with the same holes in space seen at the beginning. The end of this hallway splits off into closed doors, one bearing a construction sign. In front of the west door, there is a door depicting musical notes, which will lead to Musical Note Maze.

East from the main hall is a room containing a few orderly rows of flowerpots, with multicolored seats between them. At the top is a yellow garbage bin and a construction sign.

At the top of the large staircase, the area's walls and floor become a blue and black checkered pattern. Another garbage bin can be seen on the right.

Going west on the second floor leads to a hallway with many windows. It houses several southern doors, each of them leading to classrooms in varying states of disrepair, with more holes in them, as well as desks, chairs, and clocks displaying various times. The westmost classroom contains a purple desk in the southeastern corner. Standing by the eastern side of the chairless desk and interacting will show a close-up view of the blank sheet of lined paper atop it.

The eastern corridor contains much of the same, with the exception that the third door is replaced by a red construction sign. The second, decaying classroom in the eastern corridor contains a set of symbols on the floor. The fourth room contains a single desk, and the music will fade upon entry. A key can be obtained from the southeastern corner of this room. After picking up the key once, Urotsuki can interact with the aforementioned locker in the room with the Balloon Park connection, allowing her to wear four variations of an outfit (a white shirt, a red coat, and a red hat with a white brim). The key does not need to be recollected on future visits.

If you find the purple desk and interact with the lined paper while wearing the outfit, a drawing of a stick figure will slowly form on the page. Continuously interacting will show them morph into a slumped, almost chaser-like creature as the paper deteriorates, and shadowy apparitions will momentarily appear in the room. An altered version of the BGM can be heard as the desk reddens and strange figures inhabit the view. After witnessing this event, a faint laugh can be heard before the area returns to normal. Urotsuki will need to exit and re-enter the world to re-experience the event.

Directions

If the connection from Urotsuki's Dream Apartments to Legacy Nexus is active and the connection between Legacy Nexus and Balloon Park is unlocked:
