This page lists all the Delusions(effects) for Qiu Qin, what they do, and where to locate them.

Along with the regular 22 Delusions, you start off with an item called Default that returns Qiu Qin to her regular form, also taking off any pseudo-effects.

Monster Outfit

Slayer Delusion recommended.

"- Magical rainy cat costume."

Appearance: Qiu Qin wears a monster outfit.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: The appendage on top of Qiu Qin's head grows and flashes, playing meowing sound effects and causing it to snow.

Location: Found in Snow World after interacting with the large catlike creature inside a secret door in an igloo.

Practical Uses: None.

Golden Armor

"- Heavy armor."

Appearance: Qiu Qin wears a golden armor.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: Qiu Qin lifts the visor on her helmet.

Location: Found in Golden Canopy by interacting with the Armor Statue.

Practical Uses: None.

Spear of Fear

"- Save at designated locations."

Appearance: Qiu Qin's head turns into a rusty spear, shirt changes to red.

Passive Effect: Unlocks the ability to save at certain spots in the dream world while the Delusion is equipped.

Action: Qiu Qin's torso starts melting away as a strange sound effect plays.

Location: Found in the Narrow Apartments by interacting with the spear stuck in the ground in the farthest apartment room.

Practical Uses: Extremely valuable tool that can help you get through areas like Hellish Prison and Hellish Trial without fear of needing to backtrack if you mess up.

Poison

"- Strange glass capsule."

Appearance: Qiu Qin's head turns into a bottle of poison.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: A sound effect is played as the bottle of poison springs a leak.

Location: Found in Dark Lantern by interacting with the Poison Capsule.

Practical Uses: None.

Walker

"- Mecha in one."

Appearance: Qiu Qin rides in a robotic spider walking machine.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in Gray Staircase by interacting with the Machinist.

Practical Uses: None.

Civilian

"- From another world."

Appearance: Qiu Qin turns into a robotic humanoid.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: Qiu Qin raises her left hand as sparks fly from it.

Location: Found in Cosmic Prison by interacting with the Prisoner.

Practical Uses: None.

Twins

"- An icy creature."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes a blue child.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: A shadowy blue head pops up behind Qiu Qin and makes a noise.

Location: Found in Freezing Point after interacting with the twin outline.

Practical Uses: None.

Slayer

Spacesuit Delusion is required for the first location.

"- Stab to kill someone."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes a blue child with horns.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: Knifed tentacles burst from Qiu Qins chest and stab the space in front of her.

Location: Found in The Hell by interacting with Satan, or in Freezing Point. For The Hell location, after entering via the Space Station you must traverse through the linear parts of the world until you come to a fork in the road in an area with dark winding paths. Head left, and acquire a keycard from a room past the double doors while avoiding a chaser in the area. You must then backtrack to a guarded door you passed, and use the keycard to access the door.

Practical Uses: Allows you to kill certain NPCs, netting you money and materials that you can use to buy Miracle Potions or Zabu's items at the store in Red Aisle. Slayer is also required in order to obtain the Flying Machine and Multi Transformation Delusions.

Virus

"- A ghostly germ."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes a purple virus.

Passive Effect: Allows Qiu Qin to jump off the cliff in Building.

Action: Qiu Qin sprouts light purple wings and releases a black substance from her mouth.

Location: Found in Star of Wise Sea A after interacting with the Infected Growth.

Practical Uses: Required in order to obtain the Imprint Amulet Delusion.

Imprint Amulet

Virus Delusion is required.

"- An arachnid-legged cryptid."

Appearance: Qiu Qin's head turns into a pair of black insect legs.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Dark Basement

Practical Uses: None.

Flying Machine

Slayer Delusion is required.

"- Leads you over some areas."

Appearance: Qiu Qin wears a pair of rocket shoes.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: Qiu Qin loses her balance and struggles in the air for a bit.

Location: Found in Cloudy Sunset by interacting with the machine on the ground.

Practical Uses: Allows Qiu Qin to fly over gaps and access otherwise unreachable areas in places like Cloudy Sunset, Floating Cube RPG, and the Elevator in The Hell.

Strange Egg

"- Back to familiar territory."

Appearance: Qiu Qin wears a cracked egg shell.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: The cracked egg rapidly reforms around Qiu Qin, returning her to Unreal Nexus.

Location: Found in Hellish Park upon interacting with the Rolling Egg

Practical Uses: Allows you to teleport back to Unreal Nexus whenever you want without having to wake up.

Multi Transformation

Slayer Delusion is required.

"- Unending changes."

Appearance: Qiu Qin turns into a floating slime.

Passive Effect: Allows Qiu Qin to transform into most NPCs in the game by interacting with them. The effects of the transformation are lost after unequipping the Delusion however.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Museum after killing the Shapeshifter with the Slayer delusion.

Practical Uses: None.

Spacesuit

"- What is its use in space?"

Appearance: Qiu Qin wears a spacesuit.

Passive Effect: Provides Qiu Qin with oxygen in Space Station.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the first hallway of the Space Station by interacting with the space helmets.

Practical Uses: Needed to explore Space Station.

Fairy

Spacesuit, Thunder Ghost, and Flying Machine Delusions are required.

"- I'm glowing!"

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes a fairy.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: Qiu Qin's hair either turns white, or turns back to blonde.

Location: Found in Star of Wise Sea B by interacting with the fairy NPC. Follow the Slayer delusion guide up until the fork in the road, heading right instead of left.

Practical Uses: None.

Navigation Suit

4 other Delusions besides Default are required.

"- Watch your step."

Appearance: Qiu Qin wears a sci-fi/alien suit.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: 3D Projection

Practical Uses: None.

Sadness

Choosing this Delusion causes Condolence to become unobtainable.

"- Great grievances..."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes devil-ish in appearance.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Chamber of a Life Cycle after seeing the Mourning event.

Practical Uses: None.

Condolence

Choosing this Delusion causes Sadness to become unobtainable.

"- My condolences..."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes devil-ish in appearance.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Found in the Chamber of a Life Cycle after seeing the Mourning event.

Practical Uses: None.

Green Firefly

9 other Delusions besides Default are required.

"- A little light."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes a green humanoid firefly. Equipping this Delusion plays a unique sound effect.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: 3D Projection

Practical Uses: None.

Thunder Ghost

"- Snatch and kill someone."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes an Oni, wielding a wooden club. There is a small chance that a close up of the thunder ghost's face will replace the normal delusion sprite in the menu.

Passive Effect: Qiu Qin will swing her club at NPCs, killing certain ones that the Slayer Delusion cannot.

Action: Qiu Qin summons a fireball in her right hand.

Location: Pink Cube Zone

Practical Uses: Needed to access Dungeon from the Dog House in Star River for the first time.

Frozen Sparrowhawk

"- Summon a thunderstorm."

Appearance: Qiu Qin becomes a blue electric humanoid sparrowhawk. She sparks with electricity when she moves.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: Qiu Qin sparks with electricity, summoning rain.

Location: Found in the Star River by interacting with the blue flame.

Practical Uses: None.

Devil's Blood

Flying Machine Delusion is required.

"- Hideous abomination!"

Appearance: Qiu Qin rides on a blood creature coming from her eye sockets.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Location: Dark Promenade

Practical Uses: None.
