The Nenrikido appear as various 3D geometrical shapes, all colored crimson red. They either appear as stacks of hollow cubes or H-shaped structures.

The Nenrikido, when interacted with, will make a short beeping sound and take [[Madotsuki]] to [[Hell]]. They are scattered around the maze-like map and will wander around, making navigation a little difficult. They show the standard reactions to the [[Effects#Knife / Kitchen Knife(ほうちょう)|Knife]], [[Effects#Cat (ねこ)|Cat]], and [[Effects#Stoplight / Traffic Light (しんごう)|Stoplight]] effects.
The Nenrikido all resemble various 3D geometrical shapes, colored crimson red. They either appear as stacks of hollow cubes or H-shaped structures, and they continuously spin.
