Cloud Haven is an area accessible from the cloud in The Magic Nexus, if Variable #44 is greater or equal to 128.
Features
This is a bright world with clouds everywhere, some forming the foliage, paths, and assorted shapes. Hourglasses, benches, picnic blankets, and birdhouses are present.
The connections are openings in clouds. To the northeast of The Magic Nexus entrance is the connection to Rose Factory. The Gray Road entrance is further south from there. Continuing west from the Gray Road entrance, a statue of a sleeping animal can be seen.

If Variable #44 is 128 or more:
