The Mackerel Desert is filled with numerous small pyramids, giant floating mackerel, and mackerel heads/tails, as well as tuna-headed NPCs with sandy bodies that bark when interacted with. Equipping the [[Yume 2kki:Effects#Drum|Drum]] effect here will result in the tuna-headed NPCs to rapidly roll their eyes in a disconfigured manner.
