    Map of Puddle World

Puddle World is one of the twelve original locations accessible directly from the Nexus.

    Features

It is a simple, openly-looping world dotted with puddles of water that reflect a dark, cloudy sky. Lamp posts are scattered throughout the world, which can be turned on and off. The slow, droning soundtrack created a sense of loneliness and suspense.

The world can be difficult to navigate, as there are not a lot of landmarks and no characters to signify where Madotsuki is in the world. An umbrella found southeast of the Nexus entrance will give Madotsuki the Umbrella effect. A pink tunnel can also be found in this world, near the center of the map, which will take Madotsuki to Dense Woods A.

    Directions

    Nexus → Puddle World

    Trivia

    • In 0.04 and 0.06:
      • There was a pink gate that led to the Footprint Path A.
      • Nenrikido inhabited the world, though they did not teleport Madotsuki to Hell upon interaction. They simply made their beeping noise without any other effect.
      • The map was a bit smaller.
