Features

After looping through the Infinite Road at least three times, Madotsuki can access the ring from the Road within Dense Woods B by entering a manhole with a red tentacle sticking out. Once entered, she will encounter Manhole-sama. Looping through the Infinite Road at least six times changes his form from grey to red. Exiting Manhole-sama’s place via the tentacle to the right sends Madotsuki to the interior of the mountain ring. The large inside area is inescapable, and the only way forward is entering the ear of the Choshu Head found near the center.

The short pathway between the ears of the two Choshu Heads passes beneath the Brain Creature, which takes up a majority of the area. Trying to walk up to it from the path will make the camera pan upwards to show more of the creature and the liquid-like substance it excretes.

Going beyond this creature will exit through the ear of the second Choshu Head. This room houses the Thing with the Quivering Jaw, a large monster continuously gnashing its teeth. A darkened leaking eye can be seen in the top left.
