Quater Flats is an area accessible from Polygon Mazescape (not during in-game winter) after using the Teru Teru Bōzu effect to flood the area.

Features

Quater Flats is a large maze area that shares the exact same layout as Polygon Mazescape, though flooded. Right by the entrance is a boat that Urotsuki can ride that goes at the same speed as the Bike effect.

Three Menu Themes can be found in this area, and can only be obtained in the isolated areas of this location accessed through some of Takikomi's worlds if certain areas have been visited:

If the Yellow Polygon Room in Somber Establishment has been visited, the cone at the tree in Pulsating Yellow Passage will disappear and Urotsuki will be able to enter the yellow pillar room, leading to Menu Theme #85.
If the Tiled Abolition in Expanded Corridors has been visited, the cones in the Hallway after the Boat Area of Blue Sanctuary will disappear and the doorway will be unlocked, leading to Menu Theme #86.
If the Weird Room in the Deeper Shoal of Fish Person Shoal has been visited, the cone atop of Somber Waterfront will disappear and the door will be unlocked, leading to Menu Theme #87.

From the entrance there are multiple buoys in the water with small flags that make a path, following this path will eventually lead to a dockable platform with two grey pillars. Going between them leads to another section of the map with a large white building. In this area, multiple objects and furniture similar to the ones found in Somber Establishment can be seen, as well as vending machine like the ones in Polygon Mazescape, a red construction sign can be found, indicating an open connection.

After climbing some ladders there will be a gap in which the player must use the Fairy, Spacesuit, Spring or Bat effects to cross. Beyond a plant is an object seen in Expanded Corridors; interacting with it in Expanded Corridors will show a view of Urotsuki by it in this area, with a CRT overlay. At the top of the building is a cyan crystal with a star that leads to Fallen Star Craters when interacted with.

The Nexus → Blue Eyes World → Restored Character World → Pen Passage → Somber Waterfront → Loquat Orchard → Polygon Mazescape → Quarter Flats

If the connection from Fallen Star Craters to Calcarina Sea has been unlocked:

The Nexus → Night World → Lavender Office → Verdant Nexus → Tranquil Park → Calcarina Sea → Fallen Star Craters → Quarter Flats
