Features

Wandering the area is an NPC with white skin and black hair carrying what appears to be a rifle. If the Bike, Wolf, Eyeball Bomb, Penguin, Insect, Spring, Trombone, Cake, Bat, or Drum effect is in use, they will approach Urotsuki and forcibly unequip the effect with a popping noise when they reach her. The Boy, Chainsaw, Invisible, School Boy, and Grave effects will make them stop and stare at Urotsuki, and the Plaster Cast effect will make them stop and look away from her.
