Rifle Wasteland is a world accessible from at the end of the Metallic Pathway. It is also accessible with a 1/21 chance from Sniper-san’s room in Sweet Medical Utopia.

Rifle Wasteland is a large white expanse littered with rifles, bullets, and telephone poles. At the very top of this white area is a ledge, peeking over to a dark red backdrop with black, wandering hands. Around the wasteland are circular NPCs which roll about hyperactively.

Wandering the area is an NPC with white skin and black hair carrying what appears to be a rifle. If the Bike, Wolf, Eyeball Bomb, Penguin, Insect, Spring, Trombone, Cake, Bat, or Drum effect is in use, they will approach Urotsuki and forcibly unequip the effect with a popping noise when they reach her. The Boy, Chainsaw, Invisible, Gakuran, and Grave effects will make them stop and stare at Urotsuki, and the Plaster Cast effect will make them stop and look away from her.
