Azure Overdose Zone is a world accessible from the room in Sweet Medical Utopia’s Hospital Outlook.
Features
Azure Overdose Zone is a looping map similar in style to Sweet Medical Utopia albeit with a different color palate. Pills and bandages are strewn about.
Northeast of the entrance there's what seems to be a blood bag with construction signs around it.
Northwest of the entrance is a gate made out of two blister cards. Going between them sends the player to a small tunnel with what appears to be Sniper-kun collapsed on the floor. They can be chainsawed but to no effect.
