Cloud World is a world accessed from a small cube on the roof of the Apartments, characterized by small, winding, and narrow paths. There are three main paths, of which the one to the north will eventually lead to an open area with a staircase. This staircase leads to a dark passageway that has flashing static, and it will take the player to Famicom World.
To the east, there's a split pathway. Each path has a Kaibutsu on it, but they both lead around to the same location. This area has another moving cube, and this one leads to the Reverse Apartments.
