The Reverse Apartments is an area accessible from the eastern end of the Cloud World.

Features

The Reverse Apartments, fittingly, are a mirrored version of the Apartments. Most of the building resembles said area flipped vertically, but with notable differences in layout.

Upon entering the area from Cloud World, the player will arrive on the rooftop of the apartment complex. Down the stairs is an empty room, and going down another level will lead to a hallway. Going down yet another level of stairs will lead to another empty room. Heading east through the hallway will lead to a long, empty stretch of the building.

Inside the seemingly empty hallway, there is a pool of blood. Above this pool, there is a 29% chance for an orange graffiti of what appears to be a vomiting person to be present. When struck with the Iron Pipe, a pathway to an isolated section of Visceral World will open, which further leads to the Childbirth event.

At the eastern end of the building, there's a staircase blocked by a traffic cone, as well as an elevator. If Sabitsuki has eaten ten 300-yen meals at the Sugar Hole, and has interacted with the Cleaner inside one of the rooms at the Sugar Hole, then the traffic cone will disappear, allowing her to enter another room of the building. Inside this room is a door, which leads to the Sugar Float Days event.

The elevator at the eastern end of the building will take the player to a dark and narrow passage. At the end of this passage is the Sugar Hole, however, there's also another elevator along the path. This elevator is jammed and will not open, but can be pried open by hitting it with the Iron Pipe. Once accessible, the elevator leads to the Southern Wastewater Lake.
