Wandering the area is a figure with white skin and blue hair carrying what appears to be a rifle. If the Bike, Wolf, Eyeball Bomb, Penguin, Insect, Spring, Trombone, Cake, Bat, or Drum effect is in use, the figure will approach Urotsuki and forcibly unequip the effect with a popping noise when they reach her. The Boy, Chainsaw, Invisible, School Boy, and Grave effects make the figure stop and stare at Urotsuki, and the Plaster Cast effect will make the figure stop and look away from her.
