North of the entrance are six objects forming a circle, each of which act as a connection to one of the Nexus' main worlds. Starting clockwise from the top, they are as follows:

Fishbowl: Aquarium World
Light-Purple Door: Twilight Apartments
Crate: Attic World
Weather Vane: Cloud Cuckoo World
Faucet: Waterway Town
Road Sign: Road Sign World

Once all 15 Effects have been collected, a green and black door leading to Dreaming Serpents World will appear on the platform directly north of the other connections.
