Bloom 99 is an area accessible from the phone booth in Checkerboard Clubhouse.

Bloom 99 is a large, horizontally looping area with a highway, a river, trees and translucent black-and-white fish slowly flying leftwards. The highway is decorated with lights on its two sides. Along the way on the northern of a river are a TV and a vending machine. Interacting with the TV plays 5 channels sequentially and you are taken to the Stereo Station.

At the southern bank is a boat on the river. By using the boat, you can find a struggling black-and-white fish in the middle of the river. Interacting with the fish makes a sound.
